Three men have been arrested and charged with kidnapping and break and enter. Two men still remain at large.
On Feb. 14 at around 11 p.m., RCMP responded to a home for a reported break and enter, a media release said. Bloomfield and Settee have been remanded to appear in Nipawin provincial court on the morning of Feb. 21. Clement will appear in Melfort provincial court via video the same day.Article content RCMP have also issued warrants for the arrest of two Cumberland House men and are seeking the public’s assistance in locating them. William Chaboyer, 27, is charged with two counts each of kidnapping and break and enter. He is described as being 5’8″ tall and weighing 175 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Thorne McKay, 22, is charged with break and enter. He is described as being 5’10” tall and weighing 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Anyone who sees William Chaboyer or McKay is asked to not approach them and contact police immediately. Nipawin RCMP can be contacted at 306-862-6270 or 911 in an emergency.
