Disruption due to flooding is to be expected
Covering right across Northern Ireland, the yellow rain warning will be effective from 7am on October 31 through to 10pm.
The forecasters have warned that heavy rain could lead to disruption across the country. A number of outdoor Halloween events are set to take place on Monday. The Met Office said: "A band of rain will move east across Northern Ireland during Monday, possibly becoming slow moving during the afternoon and evening.
"Some heavy rain is expected at times, with 10-20 mm of rain falling fairly widely, whilst a few places may receive around 40 mm. "There is uncertainty in the extent of the larger rainfall totals, but given that the ground is already saturated after recent heavy rain, even the lower totals may produce some flooding impacts."For all the latest news, visit the Belfast Live homepage here.
