The victim told ABC13 he had some pretty bad road rash and a facial fracture that made it difficult to see. He described how he tried to stop them, but was nearly run over.
A man was nearly run over by four men who stole his car in west Houston, according to the Houston Police Department.

HPD said he is the suspect seen on video who approached the victim and punched him in the face, and then got into the victim's vehicle and sped away.
