A new video was released Tuesday showing the moment a Philadelphia officer shot and killed 27-year-old Eddie Jose Irizarry while he was in his car in Kensington last week. A lawyer representing the family says it came from a home surveillance camera in the neighborhood where the deadly shooting happened. NBC10’s Rosemary Connors has the latest.
