"What it means is that the County will not use its resources to collaborate with ICE," said Noelia Corzo, San Mateo County Supervisor, Dist. 2. "So serious violent offenders like the ones that a colleague of mine proposed as an amendment for the ordinance, they go to state prison, and they are no longer in our County jail or in our County system," Corzo said.
