A bill in New Mexico would require certain convicted sex offenders to undergo chemical castration as a condition of their parole
The Federalist reporter Evita Duffy joined 'Tucker Carlson Tonight' to discuss how tamale vendors are reacting to Mayor Lori Lightfoot's advice.would be required to undergo chemical castration as a condition of their parole, according to a bill being proposed by state lawmakers.
Under the bill, a person required to undergo the treatment would begin the process at least one month prior to their release from a correctional facility. The treatment would continue until a court determines it is no longer necessary.
