New Henry Ruggs video shows man begging for help: ‘He needs help ASAP’
As officers got out of the car, Tintor’s car was on fire, and Ruggs’ was totaled.
A man approached the officers and said, “I know somebody’s probably in there,” referring to Tintor’s burning vehicle, “But this is Henry Ruggs right here.”“He plays for the Raiders. He needs help ASAP,” the man said.Ruggs was standing outside of his car as this was unfolding.As the investigation took its course, police said that Ruggs was driving 156 miles per hour seconds before the collision.A blood test revealed that he had a .16 blood alcohol level, twice the legal limit to drive in Nevada.
