The Gateway Crossing Logistics Park on U.S. Highway 80 in Forney will open late next year.
The already hot industrial market in Forney east of Dallas is getting more construction.
“We remain bullish on the D-FW industrial market, and Forney has seen tremendous growth over the past two years,” Jim Brice, partner at Holt Lunsford Commercial Investments, said in a statement. “Forney is primed for large-scale speculative development that is able to meet the needs of e-commerce, manufacturing, and distribution users.
Josh Barnes and Canon Shoults of Holt Lunsford Commercial are marketing the new logistics project to tenants.in North Texas, with 10 million square feet of space under construction or planned.
