His second alleged visit there, on Jan. 20, occurred hours before he attended the AFC Championship in Kansas City, Missouri, where the Patriots defeated the Chiefs. If convicted of the charges, Kraft faces up to one year in prison. He also faces a $5,000 fine, 100 hours of community service and attending a class in the dangers of human trafficking — all of which are mandatory.
