New investment from the city of Rochester will expand services at Central Library of Rochester
The city of Rochester has announced new investment at the Central Library of Rochester to expand services for those in need, Thursday, Oct. 12, 2023.
The new funding will go towards programs and services that support homeless families and individuals in need, such as legal and housing assistance. Central Library has become the new downtown epicenter for people in need to come for shelter from the elements, clean bathrooms, charge their devices, and get assistance from community services.
