The outdoor three-day event aims to be an alternative to multi-stage festivals.
concert series, an artist-curated roving festival that is expected to travel to 12 cities this summer. The Bay Area shows are slated to take place at Stanford's Frost Amphitheater from June 2 through 4, with the artists over the three days selected by LCD Soundsystem, Steve Lacy and boygenius.
Frost Amphitheater has a capacity of about 8,000 people and will only feature one stage of music, so there won't be another repeat of thefrom Outside Lands last year. Although Re:SET avoids using the term"festival," for all practical purposes, this is basically just a smaller version of a three-day outdoor fest, complete with clear bag rules and a yet-to-be-announced selection of food vendors.
