Also shown in the new photos are Zuko's sister Azula, played by Elizabeth Yu, and Uncle Iroh, played by Paul Sun-Hyung Lee.Rounding out the Fire Nation cast is Ken Leung as Commander Zhao.The new images come after the streamer gave fans their first look at Gordon Cormier as Aang, the titular Avatar and last surviving airbender, as well as siblings Katara and Sokka of the Water Tribe, played respectively by Kiawentiio and Ian Ousley.
The series follows 12-year-old Aang, who as Avatar must master all four elements -- water, earth, fire and air -- in order to restore peace and balance when he wakes up after being frozen in an iceberg for 100 years. "Avatar: The Last Airbender," based on the beloved Nickelodeon animated series of the same name that aired from 2005 to 2008, will debut on Netflix in 2024.
