, due to the original series’ commentary on people doing desperate things for cash – and the sheer violence of the games themselves.in response to the backlashNow a first look at Squid Game: The Challenge has been unveiled, shared Saturday night on Netflix’s Tudum Day.In a teaser trailer, Netflix declared: ‘This November, the game you love becomes reality.’
It then showed a crew working hard to create a versio of the set made famous y the Korean drama – as the horrifying Red Light Green Light song played – while masked people set up the dangerous games. A series of players are then seen walking on to the macabre playground, being warned to stay behind the line, as the doll made of nightmares turns around – and Red Light Green Light begins.
