The company is recalling packs as they may contain silica beads
Nestle UK has issued the warning over its tubs of hot chocolate, as well as the 'Go Instant' cups and sachets.
Its product recall notice states: "Nestle UK & Ireland is voluntarily recalling the above AERO Hot chocolate products including all batch codes and dates. This action is being taken as it has come to our attention that a very small number of packs may contain small food-grade silica beads. The beads are non-toxic but could present a minimal choking risk.
All batch codes and date codes are being recalled, with the weights of the products being the 288g plastic tub, the 24g sachets and the 28g cups. Nestle added: "Any consumers who have purchased any of the three products listed above are advised not to consume them, to dispose of the contents and send the lid of the jar, the empty sachet or the sleeve of the cups with your name and address for a full refund to: AERO Hot Chocolate Recall, PO Box 205, Freepost 1374, York, YO91 1XB."
