Marilyn J. Quisepe-Falcon, 36, faces several charges for allegedly leaving the scene of a crash that killed 13-year-old Victor Huaringa-Alvez, who was a seventh-grader at Belleville Middle School, prosecutors said.
Victor Huaringa-Alvez, 13, was riding a Yamaha dirt bike that collided with Ford Explorer about 5:30 p.m. on June 7 at the intersection of Joralemon Street and Garden Avenue in Belleville, authorities said.
Marilyn J. Quisepe-Falcon, 36, of Belleville, who police have identified as the driver of the SUV, is charged with second-degree leaving the scene of a fatal accident, third-degree endangering an injured victim and third-degree being an unlicensed driver involved in a fatal incident.
