Peter Krill Jr., of Swell, New Jersey, inside the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, in this photo from the FBI.Peter M. Krill Jr., 55, of Sewell in Mantua Township, is scheduled to be sentenced in early January. He faces 10 to 16 months in prison, partly due to a past robbery conviction, court papers in his case say.Out front, Krill was in a group of people pushing into police officers as they tried to hold back the surge.

A tipster also pointed out that Krill is missing his right pinky finger, and a photo from Jan. 6 shows a man they believed was Krill holding an American flag without a finger, documents say. In the photo, Krill wore a Trump sweatshirt, camouflage pants, goggles and a helmet - and at times, used a mouthpiece, federal authorities said.If you purchase a product or register for an account through a link on our site, we may receive compensation.
