A murder inquiry has launched after a man died at a Fulwood nursing home
.Police were called to reports of an assault at Hulton House Luxury Care Residence in Lightfoot Green Lane in the early hours of Thursday 3 November.
The victim, who was in his 70s, was taken to hospital with a serious head injury. He sadly died five days later.Read more: Following the man’s death, an inspection was carried out at Hulton House by the Care Quality Commission .The CQC has kept the care home under review will re-inspect within six months to check for improvements. If not enough progress is made, action will be taken to stop the provider from operating the service.
