Marcus Mumford, frontman of folk band Mumford & Sons, has revealed he was sexually abused as a child.

Grammy-winning musician Marcus spoke to GQ Magazine where he said: ‘Like lots of people – and I’m learning more and more about this as we go and as I play it to people – I was sexually abused as a child.’The Mumford & Sons frontman said he had not spoken about the abuse in 30 years The singer told the outlet he hadn’t spoken about the abuse ‘for 30 years,’ and didn’t tell his mother, Eleanor, until recently, when she heard Cannibal for the first time.
