The frustrated parent says she doesn't have time to feed her husband's boy
A group of mums have banded together to support a woman who refuses to feed her teenage stepson. Nottinghamshire Live reports that the 14-year-old complained about going to school hungry.
The mum believes her stepson should take some initiative and make his own breakfast in the mornings. However, the fact that she has not reminded the child has infuriated his mother. The mum explained that she is often asleep in the morning after a bad night and isn't there to give out reminders. She thinks the teen should be more than capable of stepping up.
One said: “14? He is capable of, and should be, making his own breakfast without needing an adult standing over him. Just make sure he knows where the cereal, bowls, milk are and let him crack on with it.”
