All southbound lanes of Interstate 83 in Cumberland County were closed Tuesday night after a multi-vehicle crash in Lower Allen Township, according to PennDOT. The crash was reported between Exit 40B: New Cumberland and Exit 40A: Limekiln Road just before 9 p.m. PennDOT’s traffic cameras showed vehicles in both lanes stopped just before Exit 40B, plus lights from emergency vehicles.Multi vehicle crash on I-83 southbound between Exit 40B - New Cumberland and Exit 40A - Limekiln Rd.
