A special local screening of"Visiting Friends," a thriller filmed mostly in St. Charles, will take place at 7 p.m. Sunday at Classic Cinemas Charlestowne 18, 3740 E. Main St. The film, written and directed by Glenn Garrabrant, is a 2022 Chicago International Indie Film Festival award winner.
