The retailer confirmed that the price of a meal deal rose to £4 on Monday
If you're looking for a cheap and cheerful lunchtime option, it doesn't get much better than a supermarket meal deal.
But, as with many other groceries, they're getting more expensive as the days go on - and Morrisons are the latest supermarket to hike the price of their meal deals. The price increase came into effect on Monday, March 6. But by signing up to Morrisons' loyalty programme and scanning their app, shoppers can save money and continue to pay the old price for their lunches.
Top Trending Stories Today The news hasn't done down well with meal deal fans on Twitter, with one person saying: "Morrisons meal deal has gone up to £4... start the rapture." And another wrote: "Morrisons meal deals are now 4 quid fuming. As a meal deal connoisseur I'm disappointed."
