Two men are facing animal cruelty charges in Atlantic County.
, have been relocated to new homes after being rescued from squalid conditions in Atlantic County, officials said.
Many of the animals now live at Funny Farm Rescue & Sanctuary of Mays Landing and the South Jersey Wildlife Aid Rehabilitation and Sanctuary Rescue, the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office said Monday. Detectives, volunteers from local rescues and members of the public spent the day at the property on Saturday removing the animals and bringing them to new homes.
