Directed by John Carpenter in 1982, The Thing brings horror to the Arctic with the encounter of a deadly extraterrestrial. The film follows the story of a group of researchers in Antarctica who find themselves face-to-face with a creature that has the ability to imitate other organisms.
The helicopter pilot for the research station is MacReady , who is struggling to stay alive from the shape-shifting alien. Mondo has announced that the arctic horror of The Thing is now coming to life in 1/6 scale format with their latest release. MacReady is back with a special Timed Edition figure that will only be offered for a total of 10 days. It is going to one one long and cold night with this bad both that features an impressive likeness to Kurt Russel and is packed with accessories.
