Moment police sniper kills man holding both a gun and kidnapped baby in his arms
Incident happened on February 17 in the town of Beaver Dam, which is near the Utah / Arizona border. Oscar Alcantara, 30, was wanted in connection with an incident in which a firearm was used. Officers arrived at a home and saw Alcantara leaving the premises in an SUV. Woman who was driving jumped out of the car and said that Alcantara had a gun and that her baby was still inside the vehicle.
