San Francisco-based Modern Health, a startup offering mental health support as a corporate benefit, has successfully closed a $31 million Series B funding round led by Founders Fund and John Doerr, in addition to Kleiner Perkins and Afore Capital. It is the company’s second financing round in the past year, bringing their total funding to $42 million. Previous investors include Y Combinator and Oscar-winning actor Jared Leto.

The lawsuit was filed last November in the San Francisco Superior Court. Friedensohn and Modern Health deny all wrongdoing.
While investors declined to comment on Johnson’s specific allegations, multiple funders confirmed they were made aware of the of the pending lawsuit prior to closing the funding round and it did not deter them from investing.
