A 20-year-old Wilmer man is facing up to 10 years in state prison after investigators say he deliberately shot and killed a dog with a crossbow and wounding another.
Court and jail records show Cody Monroe Brown was arrested Oct. 25 and charged with aggravated animal cruelty in the incident.
