I am in awe of these ladies.
One piece of advice that especially resonated with me was how these successful-ass boss ladies deal with rejection.Mindy admits that she doesn't handle rejection particularly ~well~ but keeps busy so she doesn't feel the sting of the rejection in every aspect of her life.[Rejection] is something that when you feel it enough, you get more used to it and it sort of feels less bad.
Emma agrees that rejection and failure hurt like hell, but is vital in one's life — it helps them develop into a better person and creative.I think Mindy's right, if you're creative and something's been rejected, you must start again. A bit like getting back on the horse, isn't it?Not everything you do will be good, no matter how good you are, not everything you do will be good.
