Mike Pence supporters mock Lance Armstrong after cyclist claims he overtook vice president on bike trail: 'That is dope'

Lance Armstrong said supporters of Vice President Mike Pence"can't take a joke" after the former cyclist made a quip about overtaking Pence on a bike trail this weekend.
