If you've been unable to complete the Xbox Game Pass Competitive punch card despite meeting its requirements, you'll need to file a ticket with support to get your Rewards Points:
Found in the Microsoft Rewards app on Xbox, the Xbox Game Pass Competitive punch card asks players to unlock three achievements in one of five games for 500 points. While that should be simple enough, it appears that the app is once again dealing with achievement tracking issues, leaving players unable to complete the punch card.
Martins also noted on Twitter that achievement tracking should now be fixed for the punch card, and the team is monitoring the situation, but if it takes longer than 3-5 days to complete, you should go ahead and log a support ticket.
