The “I Am Legend” sequel marks the firsts onscreen pairing of Jordan, 35, and Smith, 53. The actors, who are both known for being huge big-screen draws, will also collaborate on the film as producers. and based on the 1954 Richard Matheson novel, stars Smith as Army virologist Robert Neville. Neville survives in New York after a devastating virus created to cure cancer kills off most of the population or turns them into mutant zombie vampires.
