A Miami developer is moving ahead with plans to build its first project in North Oak Cliff.purchased an eight-acre building site next to the former Oak Farms Dairy property, across the Trinity River from downtown.

Related Group has filed plans with the state to build a more than $120 million apartment community on the riverside property. Related Group has built and managed almost 100,000 residences in the last 40 years, including luxury condominiums in Florida., which owns more than 30 acres in the area, including the old Oak Farms dairy location between Jefferson and Zang Boulevard.
