Mexican authorities say they have arrested 'several individuals' connected to the ambush and cold-blooded murders of nine U.S. citizens last month.

Mexican authorities announced Sunday they had arrested"several individuals" connected to the ambush and cold-blooded murders of nine U.S. citizens, including many young children, in Chihuahua state on Nov. 4.

The attorney general called the killings, which included 8-month-old twins,"indescribable violence and homicides." The Mexican Army and Federal Ministerial Police arrested an alleged participant last month and obtained search warrants Sunday, when they carried out the arrests of further suspects in the early morning hours, according to the Attorney General's Office.

The charred bodies of Rhonita Maria Miller, 30; Howard Jacob Miller Jr., 12; Krystal Bellaine Miller, 10; Titus Alvin Miller, 10; and 8-month-old twins Titus Alvin Miller and Tiana Gricel Miller, were found in a Chevy Tahoe, authorities said. All had been shot before the vehicle was burned.
