Authorities in Mexico rescued eight American children, including a 7-month-old baby, who were living in squalor in a car parked in Tijuana.
Tijuana Municipal Police responded to a call reporting a family living inside a vehicle in the Libertad neighborhood, and that the parents allegedly did not feed the children.
When officers arrived, they found the parents and eight kids inside the car, which was covered in filth, spoiled food and crawling with insects. Police spotted the car near Ferrocarril Avenue and Cuauhtémoc Norte Boulevard in the Libertad neighborhood. They found the family which was made up of a father, mother, and their eight children.
