Cleveland Metroparks police officers recovered the bodies of two men in Lake Erie Monday morning, authorities said. While the individuals have not yet been publicly identified, two fishermen were reported missing late last week.
two fishermen from ClevelandElce Malik-Bey, 44, and Raymond Lumpkin, 45, left the event, but their family members told officers on Saturday that the men never returned, police said.
Metroparks police found the vehicle they had been traveling in at the East 55th Street Marina. Cleveland police contacted the U.S. Coast Guard and searched the marina.
