SCOTLAND could witness the first snow of the season, the Met Office has warned.
Northern and rural areas of Scotland could experience minus 4C temperatures and snow overnight on Friday into the weekend as a cool weather system moves in.
Stephen Dixon, a Met Office spokesperson, told the PA news agency: “This is fairly usual for this time of year … some wintery showers, particularly in higher grounds of Scotland. It comes after heavy rainfall earlier in the week caused the Met Office to issue yellow weather warnings for numerous parts of Scotland.
Unfortunately, though, these important debates are being spoiled by a vocal minority of trolls who aren’t really interested in the issues, try to derail the conversations, register under fake names, and post vile abuse.
