Day by day forecast for Nottinghamshire as heavy rain expected across the county
A four day yellow weather warning has been issued as heavy rain is expected later this week. The warning has been put in place across Nottinghamshire and other parts of the country, including Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and Derbyshire.
Storm Babet will be reaching the UK on the evening of Tuesday, October 17, and will bring with it increasingly wet and windy weather. This will then spread across the UK, and will bring heavy downpours to most parts of the country on Wednesday, and then continuing with persistent rain throughout the week.
To help you avoid the worst of the storm, here is a day by day forecast for Nottingham for the rest of the week:Tuesday, October 17 - Cloudy with highs of 14C and lows of 10C Thursday, October 19 - Light showers with highs of 17C and lows of 13C. Light rain expected between 7am and 10am, and heavy rain from 10pm.
