Melania Trump has no intention of leaving Donald Trump but her team has “quietly” renegotiated the terms of her prenuptial agreement to ensure that she’ll always be financially secure and that their son Barron’s “substantial” trust fund won’t be affected by all of her husband’s legal troubles, a report says.that Melania Trump has worked out a new “postnup” agreement with Trump, whom she married in 2005.
But the new agreement also provides for Melania, who is 24 years Trump’s junior, and includes money and property, the source said. Page Six said that representatives for the Trumps did not reply to requests for comments. Trump’s legal battles include potential payouts in New York Attorney General Letitia James’ sprawling, $250 million civil case against Trump, Page Six reported.
Nonetheless, Melania Trump has no plans to divorce her husband and has made no threats to leave him, the Page Six source said. According to reports over the years, Melania Trump has, including after he lost the 2020 election to Joe Biden.
