Meet Caroline Innerbichler who stars as Anna in the North American tour of Disney’s Frozen:
when she and her castmates went to the movie theater next door to see the new Disney animated film. “Sometimes, on two show days, our cast would see a movie,” shares the Minnesota native. “As musical theater nerds all of us were excited to see the new Disney musical.” Caroline Bowman as Elsa and Caroline Innerbichler as Anna star in the North AmericanInnerbichler vividly recalls when she first saw Anna appear on screen.
Not long after Innerbichler was on 33rd Street and 8th Avenue with sirens blaring when she got one of the most surreal calls of her life. Rachel Hoffman, theCasting Director from the firm Telsey + Company said, “we are going to offer you the role of Anna.” Innerbichler was cast in The “I just burst into tears,” she recalls. “I called my mom, boyfriend, and sister.
