The "Free Fries Friday" offer kicking off this Friday will make the fries available at no-charge to customers already spending $1 on items through the McDonald’s mobile app that take certain steps, according to the company. The size of the fries that they will get when they do so will be medium.
Claiming the one-time "Free Fries Friday" offer each Friday will entail picking it in the "deals" tab and hitting "Add Deal to Mobile Order," according to McDonald’s. In late July, the company reported seeing $8 billion worth of digital systemwide sales in its top six markets as part of its second-quarter earnings. In that quarter, McDonald’s generated $6.5 billion in total revenues, marking a 13.6% increase year-over-year from $5.72 billion.
