Speaker Kevin McCarthy is threatening an investigation into how President Biden handled the fires in Maui
DNC surrogate Sen. Tina Smith, D-Minn., joined 'America's Newsroom' to discuss Biden's response to the devastating wildfire in Maui and her take on the president's economic policy.
"We still have hundreds of individuals that are missing. I think there's going to have to be a congressional investigation into the response on Maui. How could you lose that many Americans?" "The president's response - had no comment.
