Among the $20 million worth of improvements the Mayfield School District has completed or is working on, is the realignment of the Mayfield High School entrance with Miner Road, across Wilson Mills Road. This work should be completed by October or November, allowing programs to possibly transition in winter, 2024. 5. As opposed to years past when students sat in rows facing a blackboard with a book on their desk, Snyder explained that today’s students sit in a variety of spaces and places and have with them a learning device that gives them access to far more information than students in past decades.
