Massachusetts fines Wynn Resorts $35 million over handling of sexual-misconduct allegations but allows Boston-area casino to open in June

The state said it was fining the company $35 million, with an additional $500,000 penalty to be paid personally by Chief Executive Matt Maddox, whose behavior was described as troubling in a report issued Tuesday evening.
