However, a recent report has claimed that Marvel Studios is looking at bringing back the original six Avengers for a new movie, and if Evans were to return to the MCU as Captain America, the actor would have some exciting stories to adapt in possible new solo adventures. While there are several stories from the comics that the MCU could use for a possible full-on return of Evans as Steve Rogers, the MCU has already presented a perfect storytelling opportunity for his next adventure.

While Captain America joining the Howling Commandos would be great, the MCU doing its own version of the beloved HBO miniseries Band of Brothers is exciting enough, as a dark and gritty war epic set in the MCU would bring a new side to the universe.
