Texas singer-songwriter Charlie Robison will perform at 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 27 at Dosey Doe The Big Barn. Tickets start at $80 and includes a three-course meal served at 5:30 p.m.
Robison released his first solo album in 1996, Bandera. In 2018, he announced he was retiring after a surgical procedure left him unable to sing. Dosey Doe’s website said this performance is a rare out of retirement acoustic performance and Grady Spencer opens at 6:30 p.m.or call 281-367-3774.The Light Park at Hurricane Harbor Splashtown continues daily from 5:30 to 10 p.m. through Jan. 1. Admission starts at $29 per vehicle.
The drive through interactive holiday light experience includes millions of animated LED lights including a drive through tunnel advertised as the world’s largest of its kind. All of the lights are synchronized to music broadcast on a low power FM radio station guests can tune to once in the park. A similar display by the same group is also available at Katy’s Typhoon Texas water park.
