Staff asked him for a selfie before breaking the bad news.
Martin Compston was left to wander the streets of Glasgow in the dead of night after a hotel messed up his booking and told him they didn't have a room.
The 38-year-old explained he was shattered and looking forward to his bed when he arrived at the hotel. And he revealed staff even asked him for selfies before admitting they were overbooked and he couldn't say.The star said a receptionist told him staff were excited about him being there and asked if he would pose for photographs, but after they were taken he was stunned to learn there was no room available.
"I got to the reception and the lassie went 'oh we didn't know what time you were coming at, but we've all been waiting on you, would you mind getting a picture because people have hung about to see you?'.
