She combined four separate units over the course of several years to create thisacross three floors looking out over the Hudson River. The 9,500 square feet of living space consists of 16 rooms in total, including a kitchen with two butler pantries, a walk-in fridge, library, media room, gym and laundry room with three washer dryers.
Another unit is available for rent at $30,000 per month.
