Having built her reputation as a MAGA flamethrower, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene is trying to figure out how to become more powerful, even as Trump looks weaker.

It doesn’t bode well for ’24 or retaining the seats we barely won.

Matt Gaetz , a close Greene ally, was among 31 Republicans who backed another candidate’s unsuccessful bid for speaker.
