Man, woman found shot in bullet-riddled car parked at McDonald's in southeast Houston, police say
Houston police officers found the two in the vehicle around 9 p.m. Friday at the fast-food restaurant in the 14200 block of Gulf Freeway, Lt. Larry Crowson said. The two were taken to a hospital in critical condition, he said.
Houston police are trying to identify suspects after a man and woman were found shot in a bullet-riddled car that was parked at a McDonald's in southeast Houston.The shooting took place at an apartment complex in the 12700 block of Algonquin, Crowson said. The man and woman found injured in the car had"some sort of ongoing disturbance" with either their in-laws or relatives in the apartment's parking lot, the lieutenant said.
"An argument broke out and there was an exchange of gunfire," Crowson said."Two victims were struck." Houston police investigating after a man and woman were shot in the parking lot of an apartment complex after getting into an argument with their relatives.Police are continuing to try to identify suspects, Crowson said. It's unclear how the man and woman got to McDonald's, but the drive from the apartment to the restaurant is about five minutes.
