'Laughing' man threw petrol bomb at Dover centre before ‘killing himself’

Kent Police have this afternoon said that a suspect has been identified and located - with one minor injury reported.
Witnesses described the horror - saying a man wearing a striped top was seen driving up to the centre. They claim he threw three petrol bombs at the site - one of which did not go off - before driving way.
